Right of Rescission in GA

My husband and I live in Georgia and we just signed a lease yesterday for an apartment. Today we decided that this apartment is not a good fit and are wondering if there is a 72 hour window in which we can change our mind? Is there a right of rescission in Georgia?

No; the FTC's "Cooling Off Rule" (allowing a purchaser to change their mind within three days of signing a contract) does not cover real estate, including rentals.
