I gave a family member a right of way through my property to get to a property that was landlocked. Can I take that right of way away from them legally??

state of Pennsylvania

Depends on how you gave them the right of way and the type of ROW. If their property is landlocked, they may be able to get a court to find an easement by necessity. Depends on how the land became cut off.

The land became landlocked over 30 years when the government took land on the other side of a ridge of mountain when they starting building a man-made lake. There are other roads into the land now, but my father still says that I must still gave my cousins the right of way.
