what are my legal rights and responsibilities if I have Power of Attorney over someone who's receantly been found to be incompetent but restorible by the Judge in his criminal case?

To carry out the duties assigned in the POA by them, for their benefit only, to the best of your ability, until such a time as they revoke it. The big fall over point for example on this issue, is for people living in their home if they go into a care facility. If the home needs sold for example, you must sell it even it it makes you homeless.
