Here is the scenario:
1 House
3 couples are owners
#1 couple - spouse dies and share of deceased spouse is divided between 5 children(let it be known that 2 of the children are the 2 couples who already own the house)
Here is the problem:
#2 couple(who does not live in the house) rents their share of house to tenants.
Tenants teenage children have been getting into serious trouble which have involved law enforcement agents coming to the house. It has been suspected that weapons and drugs are on the premises but have not been verified.
#2 couple(landlord) of tenants feels that it is not a safety concern, but #1 feels that it affects their safety since #1 is living on premise with all the activity going on. #1 feels something bad may happen since an incident occurred when special agents barged into the wrong portion of the house with guns in their face.
Question is as #1 is part homeowner of the house, but not landlord of the tenants, what is #1 right's if any to evict the tenants?
(FYI- #3 couple does not want to get involved in the circus since they do not live in the house)
