my finace is incarcerated. A Lawyer appointed his brother to be Power of Attorney without My finace saying he wanted his brother. He signed it but his brother said he didnt want to do it and My fiance is not happy with him anyways. Well my fiance put me to watch his house and his truck. I was told tonight by his brother the Power of attorney that he does not want me to stay at the house and that he is taking possession of my fiances truck even though my fiance said I am to look after them. Does he have the legal right to force me out of the house and take my fiance's truck without my finace's permission??
