Rights to accrued vac.time

My wife was fire today. The reasonns were unjust but that is for another time.She has 5 weeks accrued vacation time and 4 weeks sick time on her pay stub. Does she have a right to any or all of this accrued time? She was working in Chesterfield,Missouri.TY

Missouri law does not require the payout of either unused vacation time or unused sick time.
