You send her a message (certified mail is best) telling her to come get her things within the next 90 days or it will no longer be her property and you will dispose if it in any manner you choose. If she responds by telling you to do as you wish then save that contact and dispose of belongings. If not wait the 90 days (or whatever time frame local law states) then dispose of items
