I will be buying a house and moving into it around july 1st.My question is if i were to have my boyfriend move in with me ,but if things don't work out and i asked him to move out what are his rights once he moves in and should or do i have to have some kind of paper work wriiten up and signed to some agreement or does he just have to leave if i say?

If your that unsure dont have him move in yet. If you move him in anyways and it does not work out you follow the tenant removal laws of your state. This would likely be, if no breach or failure to pay exist,

. Notice to vacate (time frame according to state)
. If he fails to move eviction

Once he establishes he lives there, you just cannot boot him out with no warning. You can try, but he does not have to leave. You might have to go through serving him with an official eviction 30 day notice.
