I'm living in a house with my cousin that I paid for to move in. I was suppose to be on the lease but was never put on... Now we're feuding n she keeps threatening to kick me n my family out... Is she allowed to do that or will the police make me leave.. I have phone records that indicate the truth. What do I do

If you're asked to leave, why not leave?

You aren't on the lease.

Eventually the LL, or the leaseholder could bring an eviction action against you.
