roommate is subleasing, what are my rights?

I live in a 2 room apartment with four guys so we are sharing rooms. My roommate wants to sublessee his half of the room. We all signed a 1 year contract togather so all our names are on it. Me and my roommate are not seeing eye to eye at the moment, so I was wondering what my rights are in the situation considering in the contract your allowed to sublessee.

If your contract allows a sublease I'm not sure you have any rights. Hang out and see what happens. Maybe a good looking girl will take his place!

I have to have some rights here... he is subleasing someone into my bedroom of the room i'm a tentant and signed the orginal contract.

I don't know of any RIGHTS that you have. It is possible that the sublease has to be signed by all of the original tenants. Why are you so freaked out?
