My roommate and I are no longer compatible. I have major concerns on how she treats our apt. The Leasing office says that we can give a 60 day notice plus 1 month's rent to terminate the lease, but both of us must sign the notice. My roommate refuses to sign the notice and says that she will sue it I don't pay my half of the rent. We have discussed our issues but she continues to not abide by any agreements that we make between us. Am I stuck in this situation? Is there anyway that I can leave without being financially liable?
