I was renting a house with a roommate. We are both on the lease. I owned a lawn mower so I told him I would mow the lawn if he paid me 10 dollars. He said no. Well a year went by and he never took care of the lawn once and he never gave me money for mowing it. I had asked him for the money again and he said no. Do I have a case in small claims court for this. It says on our lease that the lawn must be cared for.
