a while ago i was fired from a job when i found out the manager had been shaving time from my time card as well as others. i am in need of advice on how to proceed to file a supena so i can acquire information for a possible law sute. More specifically information relevant to the time cards as well as possible cameras from those times any information i can aquire as well as getting formers managers address and other information...
 
You don't need a subpoena and you don't need to prove anything. You can file a complaint for unpaid wages with your state DOL. If you do so, you don't have to prove you worked the hours you did; the employer has to prove you didn't.
