Seven siblings were left property with a cottage and shed. We are all Trustees in a Trust that states that a majority vote is required for all transactions.

Six of Seven siblings want to sell. There is a buyer available. Do all Trustees have to sign the Acceptance on the Offer to Purchase or just the majority who want to sell?

If the trust is written as you said, only a majority need to sign. I would definitely have a lawyer write up the sales contract reflecting and including a copy of the trust to be filed with county recorder to keep the title clean.
