I bought a 2009 Honda Civic Sedan EX about two years ago. I will be moving to England in two months so I'm about to start the process of selling my car. While I was looking over the sales contract I received while buying the car I noticed that it says I have a navigation system that I do not have. Was I charged extra for this feature? If so can I go back to the dealership and bring this to their attention? Also I know this my come off as naive but could I simply give them back the car? I am in quite the pickle as I don't know what to do about my car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will likely notice a disclaimer regarding equipment. You do not get to make them buy your car back after 2 years because it is convenient. Sell it.

You need to sell the car. The dealership definitely doesn't have to take back (buy back) the car.

Do you think it would be better if I sold it privately? I have also heard you can get the extended warranty back if you cancel and have had no claims. Does the prorated balance automatically go on the car?
