Does anyone have any info on the legality of the Sciphone, which is similar to the Iphone(i.e. a china clone). They don't have any apple markings/logos although look similar, and have a removable battery unlike the iphone. The newest one runs JAVA and MSN mobile....
bottom line, are they legal to sell in the US or will Apple come after you? How do I find out?
I don't see how they are any different than all the name brand companies that have basically copied the iphone to some degree, or any different than the Golf club knock offs like the "King Snake" clubs that look just like King Cobra, etc.
