I took my scooter to a scooter repair shop. That was over 5 months ago. Now the store is never open, noone available by phone, and noone returns my messages. The store is still being leased by the scooter repair person, however, noone can seem to get in contact with him. I peek through the open window and scooters are still inside. I've submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau receiving no response. What should my next steps be in retrieving my property?
