i bought a car on 7 17 08 ihave a signed statement that the scratches on my car would be fixed to my satisfaction and they tell me they fixed this .but all they done was used colored wax to hide the scratches when i washed my car the scratches are back . my question is this can i turn my car back over to them for breach of contract? also i have took my car there 7 times in 1 month to have it fixed i am going back sat and i need your advice thank you

You can have them fix the scratches but that is not a reason to return the car since, as you said in your posting, you bought the car knowing that those scratches existed and you also have a statement saing that they would take care of them.
 
but there not fixing the scratching just trying to cover them up for a while this is a 30.000 dollar loan they should have to ctick to there contract
 
Request that they fix the scratches (to your satisfaction) by a certain date. If no results, have someone estimate that repair and sue them in small claims court for the amount that was estimated.
