my wife added refills to my 0 refill perscription of zanex and my ibu 400 to ibu 800 my 22 year old son dropped off n picked them up not knowing what she did when my son went to see his p.o. [ drug trafficing been out n clean over a year ] a city cop was there n read him his rights , he told them of his innocense [ did not know she did this ] the cop told him they have him on camera at the pharmacy , the cop told my son to have your parents come up to the station, should we hire a attorney b 4 we go up or will this just go away, incident is a week old

It won't just go away. Someone is going to have to explain what happened. If your wife confesses to changing the prescription then that will likely get your son off the hook- but then your wife will be the one looking at criminal proceedings.
