I had my record sealed in Ohio 10yrs ago. I am now applying for a California Pharmacy Technician Registration. I have my PTCB Certificate already but am required by California Law to also Register with California State Board. One of the question on the form reads.

"Have you ever been convicted of or pled no contest to a violation of any law of a foreign country, the united states or any state law or local ordinance? You must include all misdemeanor and felony convictions, regardless of the age of the conviction, including those which have been set aside under penal code section 1203.4."

Does this mean I have to disclose my sealed record?

Yes.

I realize you don't want to, but "any law" including those which have been set aside is pretty clear. 10 years is a long time. You should be ok.
