Sealing Public Personal Records

Is there a way of sealing public personal records in Colorado?
(Not looking for information to seal Court or Criminal records)

I need to seal them from some estranged family members that keep harassing me,
but to a level that there isn't sufficient evidence for a court to issue a restraining order?
I have already changed my name, moved to a different address, etc.
I need to disappear from them trying to find me. HELP!!!!!

No way I know of to legally conceal or shield PUBLIC REORDS.
That's why the records are public: drivers license, vehicle registration, home ownership, etc...
You are free to ignore people, or seek an order of protection if people are stalking you.
