Twitter must turn over 90 days worth of tweets of an Occupy Wall Street protestor to the Manhattan District Attorney's office according to a report provided by The Associated Press. A Manhattan Criminal Court judge ruled that a subpoena will not be sufficient to compel Twitter to turn over the Tweets of Malcom Harris, an OWS supporter. Due to the time frame set by federal law, Judge Matthew Sciarrino Jr. ruled that a search warrant must be issued.
