Criminal Records, Expungement Second Disorderly Conduct

I was given an ACD for a 6 month period by a court in upstate New York over six moths ago for a Disorderly Conduct. I was recently given another Disorderly conduct in Manhattan New York for fighting or being aggressive, Im not sure because the police officer never said what it was for. However, no punches were thrown, no grabbing or any of that sort, just mainly arguing. I now have to appear in court in Manhattan and I am worried that my previous ACD will show up, or is it expunged? Also, if it does show up how should i handle that situation? Will a district attorney be available for me?

You plead not guilty, make no statements, don't discuss anything, and ask for a lawyer. Play it cool, and in NYC, this could go away quickly and easily.

The problem you'll face is when the small town justice system and probation uncover your extracurricular activities. Oh we'll, one thing at a time. Get help with your temper issues.

I dont have temper issues, Its cops who have nothing better to do who hand out these disorderly conducts
