My jurisdiction is: Connecticut
A friend of mines has been charged with larceny 6th about two years ago, it was considered a misdemeanor and was erased from her record after a year after completing community service and completion of a year of probation. My friend has currently been re-arrested for the same act and needs to know what might happen this time around. Will they be able to see her prior arrest since it had been erased? If so, will they be able to use it against her in this case because it is the same act? She will also be going to same court house again.
