Is it a form of sexual harrassment if every morning, before i get to work, my boss sits at my desk, in my chair, and uses my computer to look at porn websites and leaves everything there in the history for me to see. It makes me physically Ill to know that I have to sit in the same chair that he was just in, doing god knows what while looking at porn. He knows computers and how to erase the history, and makes no attemp to hide the fact that he is doing this. He leaves it all right there for me to see.

There is no HR. It is a small company 5 total work there.

Ouch. That means there's no action you can take at the Federal level, since the floor is 15 employees. What state are you in? Some states have a lower floor.
