I brought my section 8 voucher from jersey to va and the housing authority is giving me problems with allegation by the landlord from word od mouth. My landlord nor hud can provide me with any do,umentation stating there are any pending chargesi have my receipts of rent paid. Hlandlord fail inapection and is now being abated and i have to move within weeks but hud has not even given me a new packey for new house. I have contacted ceo of hud n awaiting response, but want to know my rights to protect my voucher .landlord also has security deposit of mine which there is no damage to property and rent is up to date.
