I bougth a boat with a bank credit 4 years ago and I went to the Cariben to work for few months caring the boat with me wirh a bank autorization, then I loose my job and stay here.
Several times I got calls from collector agencies and told them I have no way to pay and ask them for options to give the boat back to them without answere.
I wrote letters to the bank without answereses.
Has been 3 yeras without payment and I am still outside the country and planning to come back and the boat reamain here with me.
What can I do? I am scare I am in a legal problem.
