Selling T-shirts made with clip art

My partner and I are brainstorming a new t-shirt company and wondered if we could use clip art or PictureIt! Publishing Platinum Edition that I purchased in 2001 to aid in our designs.

Are you going to use the image templates from the softwares?

Did you read the license that comes with that clip art product? Your ability or inability to do so would stem from that document.

Yes we do plan on using the templates from the software. Also, I'm in WA state. I've long since lost any documentation that came with the software since it was purchased in 2001. I've also looked extensively online to see if I could find any info that might help, but came up empty handed.

Did you look on the CD itself? Typically you'll find something there. Without the license, there is nothing we can tell you since all your rights are contained in that agreement! Best of luck in locating it.
