Sending a certified letter to a recipient with no address.

Hi,

I want to send a certified letter containing a legal document to an individual. The problem is that said individual has no mailing address (as this person is living with friends) and I have absolutely no idea how to get in touch with them.

This is a matter of some urgency and I need to have some form of proof that this person received my correspondence.

Do I have any other options in regards to contacting this individual or is a certified letter the only way to go?

You could hire a process server or bailiff to deliver it to them.
