Hi,
We've married for a litle over a year, but lived together only for 10 months, and we are thinking about getting divorced. I have moved out of the house for the last 3 months. No divorce or family law paperworks have been filed . My husbank owns a house prior to getting married, and I am not on the title. We are having joned bank accounts and no debts.
I'd like to know what are my rights if we are getting divorced?
Also, what do I need to do legally if I am buying a property using my own money after my husband and I split the money in the joined account based on our own agreements? This assumes that we are still married and the paperworks may or may not been filed.
Your legal advice for me is greatly appreciated!
