Hi,
I am dating a man who is legally separated from his wife. It Has been almost 4 1/2 years since she has resided in the house. They both have their names on the deed. Does she still have a legal right to the house? Since she has been out of it for so long and hasnt contributed to the household in this time. She has since moved twice , out of state, and thinks its ok to come to the house when she comes back to NY. I need some help here and some advice.
