Live in Georgia, spouse left me yesterday and will not return; kids are in a court-ordered guardianship with another family. My spouse will refuse to sign any separation agreement. I want to make sure that I'm not responsible for any future debts created by my spouse. I can't at this time afford to pay for a divorce. Is there a method to file for separation without hiring an attorney and if so what is the specific form to use in the State of Georgia. Where can I download this form?
