My 'husband have been sepated since August 2008. I have moved out and we have already divided everything we have. There is a car that I had before we was married and that is in my name. There is a jeep that we purchased together. both are paid off. He has signed the title of the jeep over to me and now want to me sign the title of my car over to him so that he can trade it in and get a new car. I am getting the better of the 2 cars. But when/if we get a divoce can he come back and want the Jeep and leave me if a the new car nad payment? Is there anyway to ensure that I can keep the Jeep no matter what? Should i sing the title of my car over to him?????? HELP!!
