A friend of mine is going through a separation . They were only married 2 years and now going through a separation but during this time she has taken everything of value from the house and livestock and horse trailor. She had commited adultry and then left with these things. But during this separation she also sold horses that they acquired during the marriage and a trailor that was bought just before they were married to bring a horse to this state. Can she legally sale these during this procedure?
