Seperated

I'm seperated from my husband but still living with him because I can't afford to move out. Is there anything I can do to get support while we are waiting for final date? I also wanted to know, being legally seperated, if I win any money, is he able to take half of it?

If you are living with him then why should you get support? He is paying alot of bills there. Are you speaking of child support or spousal? It makes no sense to award you anything right now since you are not living on your own.
