I have been married for 2 and 1/2 years and we are having problems. This is both of our second marriages, we have no kids together and the house is in her name, just my money was used to help get it. My question is if I just leave the house can she get me for amandoment?

There are few defenses to it.

If there is no violence, don't leave.

Do it and your postion weakens.
