I am a small business owner (electronics). A friend invested with me to purchase some cell phones (x5) at $100/each. Which at the time (1 year ago) had a resale value of $180/each. On agreement I held back one of the phones for business use. One year later he is taking me to court on the basis that I OWE HIM $180. As a supplier to him a retailer, isn't he to get either the exact phone back or the money he paid for one ($100)?? He wants the THEN SALE PRICE OF $180.

Let us know what happens, huh?

If it were me, I'd give him the lousy $180.00 and be done with him forever.

It never ceases to astound me just how greedy, roguish, and crooked people REALLY are, especially to their friends and family!!!

You're the kind of kid (back in my youth) no one would trade, barter, or play with; because you're a WELCHER!!!!
