The attorney genersl opposed my application to srt as my conviction becsuse while being on probstion Igot stopped and my license was supensed. So this made me have a felony gor my first offense and for my license Is that a miisdemeanor? Can this realky hold me up from me settjng aside my convintion? For my firdt offense I receivedblufe time probation will this hold me up as well? If I get an attorney will I have a better chance? This happen over 28 years ago please help!!

Your post isn't "completely" clear plus talking to an attorney would be your best bet anyway. You generally always have a better outcome with an attorney & sometimes an attorney is necessary.
