Sexual Orientation Discrimination

I was told by my supervisor at my place of employment why am I letting the ladies lift the boxes? And I am a lady. It was done in front of a couple co workers. I was upset and embarrassed and I don't even want to return to work. Is there anything I can do about this?

I don't see that the comment has anything to do with sexual orientation or was discriminatory.
Perhaps it was rude or inappropriate in some way, but not to a point that it will get far in the form of a lawsuit if that is what you are thinking of.
