My mother owns a mobile home that is in a park where she pays lot rent. She has been in the same park for more than 12 years. I have lived with her twice before, this being my third time. My mom has had several other family members that have lived with her at various times throughout these 12 + years. I rented a mobile home in the same park from 2005 thruogh 2006. Now out of the blue the management wants me to fill out a credit application to live in my mothers mobile home. Besides the fact that this has never been asked before, I am against this for several reasons the main reason being the manager herself has told other people she needs SSN's for Hispanic tenants who have none!!! Am I required to fill out a credit application for my mothers own home?

Yes; if you wish to continue living there.

More and more landlords are requiring that every person over the age of 18 be approved through the screening process before they be allowed to live there. To do this screening process they would need your social security number.

Your mother may own the mobile home but she rents the land that is sits on. If she were evicted due to unauthorized people living with her she would need to move her mobile home.
