I have lived with my boyfriend for 12 years. I want to end the relationship, but we have several shared loans, Mortgage, cars are registered in my name, but the loans are in both out names. How can I get my name taken off the mortgage? Can I just sign the house and the car he drives over to him? What are my options? HELP!!!:
