Sharing house owned by ex-boyfriend and me

I have owned a house with my boyfriend for 3 years. Originally, we bought it under a construction loan and kept precise records of who paid for what throughout the entire process. We used an LLC we made to buy it also. We refinanced a year ago and to get a better rate we put it in both of our names. We are now splitting up and neither one of us wants to leave. I don't care if he stays in the house. I found out that he has never finalized his divorce and is technically still married too!!! What rights do I have if his "wife" pushes for the divorce and how do I protect myself from him if he decides to try to get me to leave or does something to the property? He put a large sum of money down but I pay the monthly mortgage. He only pays for the electricity. I pay for all other living expenses.

One of you is probably going to have to buy the other out. do you guys even have any equity in the home since most homes have lost significant value over the last year. You are probably going to have to take this to court but if both of you want the house, that is going to be impossible. Plus the issue of him not paying anything of the mortgage is going to be a problem. You should speak to an attorney.
