She refuses to price the home to sell

My ex wife resides in the home we are supposed to be selling and splitting. We live in Gilbert, AZ. We each pay half the mortgage until it sells, our divorce was November 2007. She refuses to sell it, and has it priced well above the appraised amount. She is comfortable living there and will not cooperate. Can you let me know what my options are? I have the funds to buy her out of her half but she refuses to sell her half to me. I am not only paying my own rent, but also half the mortgage there and I believe this is unfair. What can I do? There are no specifics regarding this issue within my divorce papers.

Then you talk to the realtor and find out what comps are going for in the area and see if you can re-list it at an appropriate price. The whole area is in a huge slump. You might have to go to court and force her to list it for the appraised amount, or try to get a stipulation put in there that you will pay on the house for one year, then you will stop paying.
