What can I do about it? It really annoys me that rather than just ask for me to sign or even come back to my door if he forgot to sign he signs my name. What are the laws about it? I don't just want to send him to jail for it, I would want to proceed with getting a settlement from the company for me not to advertise it world wide. I don't know what to do here though... any advise?

First I wouldn't threaten to "advertise world-wide" if they don't give you money. That could be construed as criminal extortion. You can't prove that is what was done and you were not damaged by it to any extent that I can see. So why would they pay you money for it?

Now before you think I'm against you, if they did that they were very wrong. You can report it to the company and they can handle it internally. But if you were not damaged there is no reason to give you money and threatening them for money is extortion and could land you in very hot water; especially since you can prove that is what was done.

My name was forged for money.

I left my debit card at an establishment overnight with a $2.50 charge. My sister picked up the card the following day for me and was not asked to sign anything OR given a receipt. Upon reviewing my bank statement the following week, I discovered that I was overcharged by $15. After talking to other patrons and employees of that establishment on this matter, I filed a charge with the Better Business Bureau. In a response from the business, they LIED and produced a copy of a receipt with a forged signature that was processed after the time I left the establishment. I am still working with the BBB to get this resolved but is there any action I can take against the establishment for the forgery?
