Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft shoplifing

I was caught shoplifting. It was for 90 something euros. I payed a fine for the store for 100 euros. I have a job here. I want to know if the german police will call my job to inform them ? Also this is my first offence. So what can i expect to happen besides a letter and a fine ? ( in the letter is says to identify your employer if you have a job )
