Hello, I have two questions that need answers.
One: I shoplifted at the age of 15 at Safeway, I stole makeup, rounded up to $50 or so. I man saw me stealing and took me into an office. My mom was with me as well, I signed some papers and than they let me go ( my mom paid, I think it was about $100 or so). Will this show up on my criminal record?
Two: I was accused for coupon fraud. My Store manager said to use it and get points boosted up. The Loss prevention manager comes by and tells me that I have to payback all the money I gave to the customers basically. I didn't wanty to pay but nowe I am. Point being, will this show on my record?
