Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft shoplifted need help!

hi good day i just need a legal advice about my current standing, i was caught shoplifting and luckily WAS "NOT" filed for a case because i paid the amount i took but in the contrary i was been blotter in a police station after it i was freed. my question is will that blotter will affect me on getting a police clearance here in the Philippines? or will that record be listed on my police clearance certificate? and if does is there a way to expunge this record? its my first offense ever made against the law, and i am in DEEP worry about what i did.. i feel stupid about it.. ? PLS DO CONSIDER ANY POSSIBLE WAY! NEED HELP.. THANK you HOPING FOR YOUR RESPONSE SOON>>>

ok but thank you anyways,,,, by the way do you know any web site or web forms that knows about philippine law cuz i just want to clear things up as much as possible... any rply would be a great help...

You might try calling Attorneys in Phillipines. If its anything like here some might grant free office visits
