Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Shoplifting-18-Florida

I am 18 years old and I got caught shoplifting at Bealls a couple weeks ago...it was a $48 pair of jeans. I know it was really stupid and I feel really bad...I've never done it before and I never will again. Anyways, I walked out with them in my purse and a guy stopped me before I got in my car, he took me inside and they got all my information and called a cop. The cop came and got all my information too and gave me a paper with a court date on it. The court date was Jan. 26. Bealls also gave me a ticket that is due Nov. 22. Sucks because I can't afford ANY of it. Well a couple days ago I got another paper in the mail saying my court date was moved back to Nov. 25!!!! It said that all court fees and fines are due on the day of my court date. And I have NO money for that....Is there any way I can change the court date back to its origional date? Also can I extend the time for the bealls ticket? Do I need a lawyer and what should I expect in court? I've never gotten in any trouble like this so I have no idea what to expect....ANY information would be great. Thank you!

Yes you need a Lawyer do not try to deal with court without one. Its likely both the criminal and Civil fines can be paid in payments just be sure to pay on time. I cannot say for certain but you are not only one with lack of funds problems
