im 16 and i was caught shoplifting at a retail store with things worth about 130$. This is my first offense, so what can i expect to happen? also will i be drug tested at court even though drugs have nothing to do with my case

You should discuss these and all other matters with your parents or guardians.
You are a minor.
Because you are a minor, your case will be adjudicated before a juvenile court judge.
Minors can't commit crimes.
Minors are said to be delinquent.
Bottom line, nothing can or will occur until and unless your parents (or guardians) are present and involved in your case.
If you have been a good citizen, and you are adjudicated by the juvenile judge, you'll likely be required to perform a few hours of community service, your parents will be required to pay a fine and court costs, you might be ordered to attend some classes on honesty and ethics, and occasionally a judge may sentence a juvenile to write an essay on being a good citizen.
Yes, you might be required to be screened for illegal substances.
If you have been abusing illegal drugs, you should "fess" before you take the test.
Yes, that means come clean to mom and dad, or your guardian(s).

I presume you use drugs since being tested is a concern. Stop using drugs NOW! If tested it may not show up. As instructed consult an Attorney and discuss your options for court. If you have no priors you should be fine long as you stay out of trouble.
