I need some advise, my wife was arrested over four years ago for shoplifting a $7.60 Chain, she was 17 at the time, she went to the initial trial where she was given community serice to complete by a certain date, she did not complete it and a 1000 bond was issued for her, she was taken in over the weekend and has a new trial date in october what can she be facing? and any advise given would be appreciated
